I graduated in 1999, having read Business & Law, before entering the recruitment industry in the City, in January 2000. Originally focusing on Finance roles, I migrated from part-qualified to qualified senior accounting roles, before moving into industry in the Property Investment space. I returned to recruitment in 2006 with Badenoch & Clark, where I focused on Operations and Distribution recruitment within Buy-side Fund Management. After 3 highly successful years for this team, working with a broad spectrum of Fund Management clients, I moved to the Change Management function, to establish the Buy-side Change Management service line, alongside the existing Sell-side offering.
Having successfully established the business in this space, I subsequently joined Black Swan Group in May 2011, with the brief of building out the Business Change Management service line within the brand. Since 2011 we have achieved significant success working with clients across the Banking & Asset Management space, placing candidates into both contract and permanent roles, from Programme level, through PM, BA and also the PMO space, across a range of disciplines, including Regulatory, Compliance, Operational and Risk Change.
In July 2014, alongside the existing Change remit, I assumed additional responsibility for managing the Risk Management recruitment function. I continue to retain responsibility for both areas at Black Swan Group.
Away from the office, I am a keen tennis player, a regretfully retired fly-half and now, aspiring golfer. I also maintain a strong interest in motorsport and generally messing about with classic cars, including my own much prized, 70's roadster.
